GRACE is excited to introduce and spotlight this year’s Gala Auction Chair, Cass Clements!

Cass’s involvement with GRACE began as far back as 2010 when she became a resident of Grapevine. Her commitment to Grace and the Grapevine community extends beyond her work on the Events Committee, where she has been involved for over three years. She has volunteered with both with the GRACE Gala and GRACE Designer Bags & Bingo, culminating in receiving the Volunteer of the Year Award in the Events category last year.

Her dedication also includes contributions to the Feed Our Kids and Christmas Cottage programs. She has passionately sought donations and sponsorships for these initiatives.

Giving back has always been a core part of who Cass is. She has been an active member of the Women’s Division of the Grapevine Chamber for over five years; and held various leadership roles, including vice chair and committee head. She is an extremely active Ambassador for the Grapevine Chamber, earning the title of Ambassador of the Year in 2023.

“Never before have had I felt so compelled to become deeply involved with my community” said Cass Clements. “While I’ve always had a desire to give back, the staff, volunteers, and clients at GRACE have embraced and inspired me to do more. This inspiration drives me to encourage others to get involved and to help donors see the true value of their support.”

Cass expressed her hope with being involved as Auction Chair for this year’s Gala in that it “would inspire one more volunteer to join us or one more business or individual to donate. Together, we can make our city and the surrounding areas an even better place to live”.

GRACE is truly honored to have such an amazing volunteer in the position of Auction Chair for this year’s Gala. Cass, the Committees and GRACE Staff is excited that the Gala is coming back home this year to Grapevine! This year’s Gala is going to be on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at the Gaylord Texan Resort.
