Volunteer
Client Services is the primary entry point at GRACE for individuals and families facing financial challenges due to low-income or a recent emergency. This is how we connect members of our community to care.
Our Care Managers conduct in-depth assessments to determine client needs, develop individualized care plans, and connect clients with emergency assistance in the form of food, clothing, toiletries, household goods, and rent and utility assistance. Referrals are made as needed for ongoing services.
Client Services is closed the first Wednesday of each month. Appointments are available on one Saturday each month.
