GRACE’s ability to offer a high degree of accountability and integrity is largely due to the tenure of the GRACE Board of Directors.
The collective expertise of the GRACE Board is second to none, and GRACE is pleased to welcome three new community leaders to the slate: Stephanie Hays, Randy White and Jen Eisenbarth, RN, MSN, ACM.
Stephanie Hays is a Senior Financial Advisor for Principal Financial Group, and has achieved the highest honors with the company including Pacesetter, Century Club, Honor Council Award and New Agent of the Year.

As a member of the Gala Committee and Gala Raffle Chair, Stephanie brings an impressive level of dynamism and alacrity to the GRACE Board.
While attending the University of Texas in Arlington, Randy White decided to follow his family’s legacy in the Real Estate industry. Now the owner of Randy White Real Estate Services, Randy employs an impressive team of realtors, whose collective company mission is, “to develop a company culture through which God will be glorified and people will be empowered.”
Randy White Realty is ranked No. 1 in production in Northeast Tarrant County, and has consistently been ranked among the top in the nation.
Furthermore, the company has received countless accolades from various publications and trade journals, including Fort Worth Business Top 100 Private Companies to work for six consecutive years, and numerous “Best of the Best” recognitions by the Southlake Courier-Journal.
Randy’s keen understanding of the human spirit has motivated his trademark customer service, and represents the highest level of dignity GRACE strives to maintain with its clients.
Jen Eisenbarth brings a wealth of insight in the realm of patient care and hospital administration. Jen received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Kansas, and is the Vice President of Administration for Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Grapevine.
Her previous role as Vice President of Hospice Services speaks to her compassion and administrative giftedness. Jen was honored among the Top 100 DFW Great Nurses in 2014 and a two-time nominee for the Baylor Grapevine Leadership Award.
Her level of leader engagement has implemented various programs for impeccable quality care that have surpassed employee morality benchmarks for patient-employee satisfaction.
GRACE is tremendously honored that these three individuals would invest in GRACE by lending their time, insight and talents.
