The collective expertise of the GRACE Board is second to none, and GRACE is pleased to welcome three new community leaders to the slate: Stephanie Hays, Randy White and Jen Eisenbarth, RN, MSN, ACM.

stephhaysStephanie Hays is a Senior Financial Advisor for Principal Financial Group, and has achieved the highest honors with the company including Pacesetter, Century Club, Honor Council Award and New Agent of the Year.

Stephanie is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington Honors College as a Goolsby Scholar in Finance. She is part of the Million Dollar Round Table, a prestigious collaboration of the world’s leading professionals.

As a member of the Gala Committee and Gala Raffle Chair, Stephanie brings an impressive level of dynamism and alacrity to the GRACE Board.


randywhiteWhile attending the University of Texas in Arlington, Randy White decided to follow his family’s legacy in the Real Estate industry. Now the owner of Randy White Real Estate Services, Randy employs an impressive team of realtors, whose collective company mission is, “to develop a company culture through which God will be glorified and people will be empowered.”

Randy White Realty is ranked No. 1 in production in Northeast Tarrant County, and has consistently been ranked among the top in the nation.

jen2Jen Eisenbarth brings a wealth of insight in the realm of patient care and hospital administration. Jen received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Kansas, and is the Vice President of Administration for Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Grapevine.

Her previous role as Vice President of Hospice Services speaks to her compassion and administrative giftedness. Jen was honored among the Top 100 DFW Great Nurses in 2014 and a two-time nominee for the Baylor Grapevine Leadership Award.

Her level of leader engagement has implemented various programs for impeccable quality care that have surpassed employee morality benchmarks for patient-employee satisfaction.
