Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Client Services Coordinator

Duties include but are not limited to:

Answering incoming phone calls, screening program inquiries & answering basic program services questions;
Handles initial steps in assisting clients during intake;
Maintains client files & purges as policies indicate;
Prepare documents, schedule meetings and assist in registering participants in support of Client Services special events;
Work with manager to review outcomes & evaluations for Client Services department and assist in data integrity maintenance, proofing & thorough client dashboard reviews;
Review check requests in preparation for approval & maintain spreadsheets that track program expenditures;
Collect/process invoices for program;
Collect, sort & distribute mail;
Administrative support to all departments;
Work with Operations Manager to maintain phone system;
Assist with production of materials for Board of Directors, committee & other department meetings;
Ensure common areas kept clean and in order;
Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Warehouse Associate/Driver

Duties include but are not limited to:

committed to providing excellent customer service;
ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency;
accuracy and attention to detail;
ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects;
donation acceptance and processing for resale store; working outside;
driving company donation pickup truck;
requires ability to lift 75 lbs. repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time;
must work weekends and some holidays;
Previous warehouse and/or nonprofit experience preferred;
Previous experience as a mover or with furniture delivery preferred.

GRACE is seeking an organized, mission-minded individual for the position of Sorter/Production Associate.

**PLEASE NOTE: position requires some work outside in the heat/cold.

**PLEASE NOTE: $11/hr is firm; HOWEVER, there is opportunity for increase in pay as soon as 90 days should you choose to pursue it.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Process, sort, tag and price donations received (household items, toys, clothing, linens and miscellaneous items);
Requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time;
Constant moving around;
Must be able to work Saturdays and some holiday work required;
Previous non-profit experience preferred.

Warehouse Associate/Donation Intake/Driver

GRACE is seeking an organized, mission-minded individual for Driver/Donation Intake Associate position.

**PLEASE NOTE: Position requires working outside in the heat/cold.

**PLEASE NOTE: $12/hr is firm; HOWEVER, there is opportunity for increase in pay as soon as 90 days should you choose to pursue it.

**PLEASE NOTE: Must have valid/current driver license and be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements

Duties include but not limited to:

· Committed to providing excellent customer service

· Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency

· Ability to multitask

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects

· Donation acceptance and processing for resale store

· Unloading donations from donor vehicles

· Loading trailers/trucks for deliveries

· Driving box truck, loading/unloading donations and making deliveries

· Equipment maintenance checks

· Some warehouse work

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time

· Must work weekends and some holidays

· Must be able to work outside in hot/cold temperatures

· Must have current/valid Driver License and good driving record; CDL not required, but applicants must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements

· Previous warehouse and/or nonprofit experience preferred

· Previous experience as a mover or with furniture delivery preferred.
