The GRACE Community Clinic received a very special visit from the Nguyen Family.
Although Drs. Michael and Margaret Nguyen of Texas Orthopedic Specialists had previously made a generous monetary donation after the fire that devastated our clinic, they did not stop there. As volunteers in our Clinic and upstanding members of our community, they recognized the importance of involving their children in a volunteer and giving environment and showing them that no matter how young you are, you can always help.
Dr. Margaret Nguyen brought her children to visit the temp
orary clinic location to deliver a donation of 4 sets of Welch Allyn Wallboards with otoscopes, ophtalmoscopes, and B/P. machines for our exam rooms. In addition to being mother to the amazing, compassionate young citizens you see in the photo, Dr. Margaret Nguyen is a physician volunteer at the GRACE Community Clinic and works part-time at John Peter Smith as an Infectious Disease/Internal Medicine Specialist. We appreciate this incredible family and thank them for all they do for GRACE.
