GRACE welcomes our new Marketing & Communications Manager, Natalie Podsednik!

Growing up in Arlington, Texas, Natalie has always been very outgoing. Playing volleyball, cheerleading, and hiking were just a few of Natalie’s interests.

On top of graduating from Southwest Christian School in 2017 with all A’s, Natalie continued her education going to Abilene Christian University, with a study in Graphic Design/Advertising. She was a member of AIGA, (America Institute of Graphic Arts) and the sorority Delta Theta, and carried on a load of internships that would propel her to the next level in her life. Natalie graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the Presidential Scholarship throughout all four years.

Natalie first started working with GRACE as the Marketing & Communications Intern in early July, helping to brand the entire 2021 Gala, and rebranded GRACE as a whole. She transitioned to the manager role in late September- just in time for all the Gala festivities!

In the span of 3 months Natalie has rebranded GRACE, has given us a new and up to date website. Her job is fast-paced with many responsibilities, ranging from executing a strong social media strategy to building relationships in the community. Throughout the long days, she always comes to work with a smile on her face wanting to make GRACE a home to everyone.

In the office, her coworkers describe her as fun and lovable, and that’s exactly who she is. She often likes to joke and laugh with the Director of Community Engagement, CiCi Cates, who describes her as an upbeat and genuine person.

Recently married in June 2021, Natalie is now adjusting to the adult life after college, and is very eager to soak up as much experience in the industry as she can. Her goal is to eventually work for an ad agency as the creative director, dealing with unique new projects and clients every day.

Natalie is such a magnificent fit for GRACE. Her heart embodies the message of hope and new beginnings that GRACE was founded upon. Welcome Natalie!
