Where?
The Marq’s Aria Amphitheater: 285 Shady Oaks Dr., Southlake, TX, 76092
What time?
The event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. There will be all kinds of fun throughout that time period.
How much?
The range runs from $5 for general admission to $52.
Why do you charge admission?
This event is helping support children and families in need in our community. Fifty percent of all admission fees, plus a percentage of concession sales, will go directly to support our GRACE Feed Our Kids program.
Where do I buy tickets?
What if I didn’t buy a ticket online?
You can buy a ticket the day of the event. We will take debit, credit and cash!
What about children’s tickets?
Children under the age of two do not pay an admission fee.
What should I bring with me?
You can bring chairs or a blanket to sit on; however, there will be chairs and tables provided by The Marq. You cannot bring alcohol into the event, so leave your cooler at home. Shannon Brewing Company and Classic Wine will be onsite with beer and wine available for purchase.
How do I buy drinks?
We will offer beer and wine tickets at the admission and concessions booths. Each ticket is valid for one beverage. You can also buy water at the concessions booth.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, please! We welcome and encourage pups. Hollywood Feed is sponsoring our Pet Zone, so come by with your four-legged friends.
Will there be bathrooms onsite?
Bathroom facilities, as well as handicapped bathroom facilities, will be available.
Is the event handicapped friendly?
Handicapped parking and handicapped toilets will be available. All sidewalks at The Marq’s Aria Amphitheater are handicap accessible.
Will vendors and the food trucks take credit/debits cards?
Yes!
Where can I park?
Complimentary parking will be available at The Marq and Bicentennial Park.
What safety precautions are being taken?
Southlake officers will be present at all times during the event.
