The Second Quarter 2021 GRACE MVP Award winner received multiple nominations based on Exceptional Customer Service, Outstanding Attitude, Innovative Thinking, Interdepartmental Relations/Teamwork and Excellence in Mission.
The Second Quarter 2021 GRACE MVP Winner is: Marisol Landaverde.
From day one, she has always found new ways to make life in her department, Client Services, more effective. Known for her smile and her incredibly understanding and caring demeanor, Marisol is always ready to go above and beyond for those that need her help.
What really shines through with this nomination are the multiple mentions she received – she’s often seen helping outside of her own department, constantly serving and helping anyway she can. Marisol volunteered to help with the GRACE Poker Tournament on her day off and helped organize extra food to be brought to our Main Office from Feed Our Kids…what incredible servant leadership and commitment to the GRACE Mission! And to top it off, apparently she gives THE BEST HUGS!
“I’m overwhelmed by this honestly…I’m blessed because I have really good role models that I can count on to guide me – I couldn’t do it without them,” Marisol said.
