The GRACE Board of Directors is comprised of 25 community leaders who strongly reflect the values and aims of the GRACE mission.
The group freely gives their time to ensure GRACE has the guidance and oversight needed to navigate in both business and non-profit climates.
The Board is proud to announce two new members were selected to join their ranks.
Susie Howell, senior vice president for Frost Bank, brings a career of progressively stronger banking responsibilities to the Board Room.
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Ms. Howell started her career in the U.S. Treasury Department. She moved to the Bank of Oklahoma in 1986 and rose through the ranks of several large banking firms.
She joined Frost Bank in 2002 and currently manages a portfolio of $75 MM in commitments of commercial and real estate credits.
Ms. Howell has been instrumental in bringing Frost Bank’s support to the GRACE Gala, Drive Into the Night, and to the Rooted In GRACE capital project. Frost Bank also donates storage space for GRACE, and many Frost Bank staff members serve as volunteers throughout the GRACE facilities.
White’s Chapel United Methodist Church Co-Pastor Todd Renner, also joins the GRACE Board of Directors.
Dr. Renner has been a strong advocate for GRACE among his congregation and in the community since joining White’s Chapel UMC in 2003.
He is a graduate of the Texas Christian University’s Brite Divinity School, and received his Doctor of Ministry credentials from the Graduate Theological Foundation in South Bend, Indiana.
Under his guidance, White’s Chapel has been recognized as one of the largest and fastest growing churches in the nation by Outreach Magazine.
The White’s Chapel leadership and congregation have been strong friends and supporters of GRACE, both with financial gifts to carry on the GRACE mission, and with volunteer support for Feed Our Kids, Christmas Cottage, Transitional Housing, and in nearly every aspect of GRACE programming.
