The phrase “it takes a village” is a response that is often used when asked how so many families in need are able to be served at GRACE. There are so many who are seeking help and refuge, especially this year, and the need is only going to continue to rise at an alarming rate. So how do we, as a community, meet the need? That was the question weighing on everyone’s mind at GRACE as the organization’s annual premier Gala was around the corner. Just a mere eight weeks before the event, which usually hosts upwards of 700 attendees, the difficult decision was made to shift to a live-stream virtual evening.
