After submitting your basic volunteer application, take a look at our Discover GRACE session times!
These sessions take place on the second Wednesday of every month, and offer and inside look on what GRACE is doing in the community as well as a tour of the facilities.
HOW TO FILL OUT:
1. Click “View in Full Screen”
2. Click the download icon (paper with arrow pointing downwards) located on the bottom bar (to the right of “Zoom 100%”)
3. You will be taken to a separate window. Here, you will download the document to your device
- Select the download icon (arrow pointing down with line underneath) located in the top bar.
4. Once downloaded, you can fill in and save the document
TIPS FOR SIGNATURES:
- Print the document, fill it out by hand, and scan it
- Use the “draw tool” for digital signatures
- Copy and paste your digital signature
