Women Empowered (WE) is an annual event hosted by the Southlake Chamber of Commerce. This dynamic forum brings women together from throughout North Texas to network, learn, support each other, give back and get involved.

The Fourth Annual WE Luncheon was held March 1st at the Hilton Hotel at Southlake Town Square. The luncheon featured mimosas, a silent auction, select vendors, a stunning jewelry raffle, and delightful lunch. 300 guests represented the finest women in business in North Texas. This year’s event was a great success and fabulous gathering.

Generosity from corporate sponsors including Ameritrade, Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake, Variosystems, Luxor Custom Jewelers, Park Place, Sterling Renovations & Design, Toast Life, Priority Signs & Graphics, and Luce Photography, allows WE to award two scholarships to a GRACE recipient and also support additional Southlake Chamber projects.

This year’s Keynote Speaker was Anne H. Chow, Southlake resident and President of AT&T National Business who has led major transformations on global and personal levels.  The luncheon Emcee, Jenny Anchondo, is an Emmy Award-winning anchor and new reporter who currently is a host of the nationally syndicated “Morning Dose” on KCAF/Channel 33.

GRACE is overwhelmingly proud of our sponsorship recipients and GRACE Program participants Monique and Kamerin. We owe a huge thank you to everyone who helped make this another successful and wonderful event!
