If there’s one thing we know about our volunteers, it’s that this is “Not Your First Rodeo!” GRACE is proud to invite all our dedicated volunteers to the annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on Thursday, April 16 at White’s Chapel Methodist Church. This special gathering is our chance to tip our hats and recognize the incredible individuals and groups who give their time, energy, and heart to serve families in need across our community. Check-in will begin at 11:30 a.m., followed by a short program and awards presentation.
This year’s western-themed celebration, “Not Your First Rodeo,” honors the commitment and consistency of our volunteers—those who continue to show up, lend a hand, and make a difference year after year. During the program, we’ll recognize outstanding service with awards such as Volunteer of the Year and Volunteer Group of the Year, along with honors across all GRACE programs and operations. Each recognition reflects the meaningful impact volunteers have in every corner of our mission.
In addition to the program, guests can enjoy a relaxed, down-home atmosphere with plenty of opportunities to connect. A country cookin’ style meal will be served, and attendees are encouraged to swing by the photo booth, take part in a few lighthearted games, and spend time with fellow volunteers and staff. Be sure to pick up your volunteer t-shirt as a small token of our appreciation—and don’t head out early, as we’ll wrap things up with some fun door prizes. Whether you prefer business casual or your favorite western wear, you’ll fit right in.
