Another sell-out for Designer Bags & Bingo will take place Sunday, May 3 at The Westin Southlake. The brainchild of GRACE volunteer extraordinaire Lynda Warner, Designer Bags & Bingo (DBB) has sold out every year since its inception in July 2021.
The event has proven so popular that most of the 420 seats are secured in advance by sponsors who step up to support GRACE Mentorship Housing. Of course, the wonderful venue, gorgeous prize purses, delicious appetizers, sweet treats, exquisite wines, and friendly competition are the benefits of such generosity.
Leading the way is Morgan Nichols and her firm, LifeBranch Wealth Partners, as the Presenting Sponsor. This is Ms. Nichols’ first year as the top sponsor, and her guidance and support has been exceptionally beneficial.
The estate of Joanne “Jody” Mathews, led by executor Melissa Moss, is back for a third year as sponsor of the “Black Out” game. The Church Lawyers, represented by Jennifer Fioretto and guided by Christina and David Middlebrook, are sponsoring the Selfie Wall.
Brand spanking new sponsor Adam & Eve DFW, owned by Shonda and Marcus Cleveland, is funding the ever-entertaining Heads or Tails game.
Back for the sixth year as the Parade Sponsor is Kay Allen and her ClearPoint Wealth Management firm. Also joining for a sixth year is the Golden Ball Sponsor Wright Construction Company and Kindal Wright Kreamer. Amy Woodul and Constellation Brands are returning also to sponsor the Table Prizes.
Round Four is sponsored by Taylor Bayles and Sam Pack’s Five Star Subaru of Grapevine; and Frost Bank and Jennifer Stubbeman are sponsoring Round Five.
A very special returning sponsor, Jennifer Shafer, is backing three separate sponsorships, the Bar, the Bubbly, and the Mocktails. Carol Nevill, and the Merrimac Girls, so named for the neighborhood they live in, return as the Paddle Sponsors.
The DBB Silent Auction is sponsored by Amy Brothers and her Geotex Engineering firm. The ink daubers are sponsored by Grit Therapy and Donny Hatcher. Mr. Hatcher is also one of the Bingo Gent leads.
No stranger to GRACE but a first-time sponsor for DBB, Classic Chevrolet, represented by Brandi Hodge Villegas, is the Round Two sponsor. Likewise, White’s Chapel Methodist Church Women, long-time supporters of GRACE, joins DBB as this year's Décor Sponsor.
New sponsors coming aboard include Tonia Alaniz with Alaniz Dental Group as the Free Space Sponsor. NexBank, with Grant Hamilton, is sponsoring the Bingo Caller. Kimberly Hills, Hills Air Support, sponsors the Swag Bags. Nest Real Estate and Kim McClellan are the Raffle Sponsors.
New sponsors include Power Up Life Coaching, with life coach Christi McDonald, sponsoring the Consolation Prizes; and Kristi Wilcox, with Results Roofing, sponsoring Round Three.
The 2026 Designer Bags sponsors are Amarillo National Bank, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill , Pegasus Logistics Group, Providential Custom Homes, Southland Stucco & Masonry, Summit Orthopedics of Texas, Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake, TXU Energy, and Watercrest Pools.
In-kind Sponsors include Byers & Taylor, Sarah Crosby, Diamonds Direct, Event Art Co., Kendra Scott, McPherson Cellars, Motive, Piper-Heidsieck Champagne, Chelly Sellinger, Reshma Singh, and TBDbiz Consulting.
Many thanks to all sponsors and supporters who came forward this year to again sell-out this very beneficial event.
