Back to School Fair 2026: Help Needed!

We’re excited to kick off preparations for our upcoming Back-to-School (BTS) Fair happening on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM, with volunteer support needed in both the afternoon prior on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM, as well as the morning of the fair on July 31, 2026.

We need your help as we get everything ready for GCISD students for the 2026–2027 school year! Volunteers will begin at GRACE Main, assisting with loading pre-packed backpacks, school supplies, and clothing packets. From there, we will continue loading at the Donation Station and lastly transporting and setting up at 121 Community Church.

In addition to event-day support, we will also be preparing by stuffing backpacks on July 9th–10th, and again from July 13th–17th. Any time you can give during these prep days makes a big impact and is truly appreciated!

This initiative is made possible through our amazing community partnership with the Women’s Division, 121 Community Church, Retired Teachers, and GRACE, all coming together for GCISD students.

Please note our donation deadline is July 17th. If you’re unable to volunteer, there are still great ways to support through donations. QR codes with volunteer sign-ups and donation information will be provided below for easy access.

What to wear 👟:

  • Comfortable, breathable clothing
  • Tennis shoes
