Bilingual Case Manager Wyatt Ince is the 3rd Quarter MVP
GRACE bilingual case manager Wyatt Ince received the Third Quarter MVP Award at the October GRACE Staff meeting this week.
Wyatt’s dedication to GRACE, to his co-workers and to the clients led to his nomination for the MVP Award according to Melissa Simpkins, GRACE Director of Administration.
The quarterly MVP Award is given to the GRACE staff member who exhibits exceptional customer service, outstanding attitude, innovative thinking, interdepartmental relations/teamwork and excellence in mission.
“Wyatt started out in one department and it was quickly evident that there was something very special about him,” said Melissa.
As bilingual case manager, Wyatt is often called upon to use his skills as a caseworker, and to assist those who are more fluent in Spanish than in English. His kind, smiling face and compassionate persona means a great deal to clients who turn to GRACE for help.
“Wyatt is friendly, intelligent, caring, funny and ambitious,” said Melissa. “His outgoing attitude and care for our clients is tremendous.”
Wyatt is multilingual, and his language skills are a tremendous asset, allowing GRACE to reach even more people than before.
He has great rapport with everyone in the agency and has a servant’s heart and heart for the GRACE mission. “Wyatt is one in a million and we are blessed to have him on our team,” said Melissa.
