It’s always encouraging to know that people from across the nation have a heart for our local community. Our unique position as a desirable hot spot for conventions and other national functions allow guests to learn about this wonderful community and ways to serve together.

ASEA asked their sales associates from around the country to donate hygiene items at their convention for their ASEA Advancing Life Foundations Have an Impact, Make a Difference Day.

“We created this day to find ways to give back in the local communities,” said Chairman of the Board for ASEA KimMarie Larson. “We don’t need to go to a third world country or have millions of dollars to make an impact; we feel it is important for people to realize that we have needs in our own backyards.”

ASEA also enlisted the help of the Gaylord Texan and Grapevine CVB to hit their goal of 1,000 hygiene kits, which included bath essentials to give to displaced families and individuals. With over 300 people coming together, the kits were assembled in 33 minutes.

“Together we are able to do more. When you combine small acts together great things can happen,” noted Larsen.

ASEA is a direct-sales company based out of Utah that manufactures products for optimal health and personal growth, including supplements and skin therapy.

ASEA has also partnered with CHOICE Humanitarian to build water cisterns and stoves for small villages, as well as care packages and health kits for developing areas in Latin America.

Thank you Gaylord Texan and Grapevine CVB for collaborating with national corporations to strengthen families in Northeast Tarrant County!
