The GRACE MVP Award is a distinguished honor for one select staff member who exhibits exceptional customer service, outstanding attitude, innovative thinking, interdepartmental relations/teamwork and excellence in mission.

Transitional Housing Manager, Jamé Scott, is a true example of the GRACE Mission and Core Values.  After a short time at GRACE, her leadership capabilities were so prominent that she was promoted to a manager role in Transitional Housing.

As a foster child herself who was raised by a loving family, Jamé’s passion grew for children in the foster system and adoptive parents. Jamé has capitalized on her knack for building structure and compassion for single mothers and fathers who are looking to her leadership for accountability, stability and a safe place to rebuild their futures.

Jamé’s personal approach makes her clients feel like part of the GRACE family, and not just a number. Her authentic spirit, depth of knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond to see displaced families succeed makes her an outstanding ambassador for what GRACE stands for.

Congratulations on the well-deserved honor, Jamé!
