“Thanks” to all the volunteers who served during 2019! GRACE begins with you!
GRACE volunteers are invited to “Party Hearty” next Thursday, February 6. The “official ballroom of GRACE volunteers”, the Texas Grande at Hilton DFW Lakes, will once again host a celebration for all the incredible gifts GRACE volunteers gave throughout the past year.
Doors open at 11 a.m., and Steve Haley, general manager of Hilton DFW Lakes and a member of the GRACE Board of Directors, has planned a luncheon worthy of our generous volunteers.
As always, volunteers will receive a much-desired and well-earned GRACE t-shirt. Without giving it all way, this year’s shirt will have something to do with the Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon being just a week before St. Valentine’s Day.
“Our volunteers have such generous hearts,” said Alicia Fike, GRACE Volunteer Manager. “It’s only right that we show them lots of love for all they do.”
Each GRACE Department will recognize their top volunteers, and the GRACE Volunteer of the Year will be announced. The luncheon will feature special giveaways and prizes. Volunteer “crews” can get pictures taken together. And all will receive acclaim and thanks for jobs well done.
