Volunteers are a vital part of GRACE! In 2006, our volunteers logged over 40,000 hours of service. Because of our large client base and limited budget, we rely heavily on our volunteers to fill in the gaps. There are a variety of volunteer opportunities available for those interested in serving GRACE through time or talent.

GRACE's annual budget for fiscal year 2008 is nearly $3 million. During this time of growth, our loyal donors are the ones who enable us to carry out our mission. There are many ways to support GRACE through financial resources, including monetary gifts, endowments, and donated assets, goods, and services.

Special Events
GRACE hosts a variety of fundraisers and special events throughout the year. These events not only supplement our annual budget, but are a ton of fun! If you have a knack for event planning, can offer sponsorships or auction items, or just love to have fun, we'd love for you to lend us a hand and get involved!

GRACE Tuesdays
GRACE Tuesdays is an exciting new way for area restaurants and restaurant patrons to partner with GRACE! The concept is simple - participating restaurants choose an upcoming Tuesday and make it a GRACE Tuesday by donating a portion of the sales from that day to GRACE. In return, GRACE will provide advertising for the event. Please keep an eye out for upcoming GRACE Tuesdays, and join us for lunch... and dinner!

GRACE Resale
GRACE operates two resale stores which support our annual budget. GRACEful Buys is a resale boutique which sells clothing and small household goods. Furniture, home improvements, and larger items can be found at our newest resale store, A Touch of GRACE Furniture and Home Improvement. You can support our resale operations by donating gently used items, or by shopping with GRACE!

Tom Thumb Good Neighbor Program
If you shop at Tom Thumb, you can link your Tom Thumb card to GRACE! This allows for a portion of your purchase to automatically be donated to GRACE. Stop by the customer service desk at your local Tom Thumb and ask them about their Good Neighbor Program.
Kroger Cares Card
Use a Kroger Cares Card when you check out at Kroger stores, and GRACE will receive proceeds on your purchases. Check with the customer service desk at your local Kroger or stop by GRACE and pick up a card.
