Do I Need Help?
If you have experienced a recent emergency or financial crisis, GRACE can help. You will meet with a trained case worker in a warm and caring environment. Visitors are seen on a walk-in basis between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and between 1:00pm and 6:00pm on Wednesday.

Am I Eligible?
GRACE serves residents of Grapevine, Colleyville, and Southlake who meet the income requirements below.
- General assistance = 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- General assistance for senior citizens = 185% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Medical assistance = 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
GRACE also serves homeless individuals and families, and people who are referred by a GRACE member church. For questions about eligibility, please contact the Client Services department at 817.488.7009 extension *810.

What Do I Need to Bring with Me?
When you visit GRACE, please bring the following items with you.
- Drivers license or photo ID for all adults in the household
- Social security cards AND birth certificates for all household members
- Copy of current lease (completed and signed) or residence verification letter from landlord
- Paycheck stubs (for past 30 days) for all working adults in the household
- Copies of all financial assistance documentation (TANF, child support, food stamps, Social Security, SSI, SSDI, unemployment, workers compensation)
- Current school registration or report cards for all school age eligible children
