Who Do You Help?

If you have experienced a recent emergency or financial crisis, GRACE can help. You will meet with a trained case worker in a warm and caring environment. Visitors are seen on a walk-in basis between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and between 1:00pm and 6:00pm on Wednesday. Find a program that can help you

Am I Eligible?

GRACE serves residents of Grapevine, Colleyville, and Southlake who meet the income requirements below.

  • General assistance = 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
  • General assistance for senior citizens = 185% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
  • Medical assistance = 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

GRACE also serves homeless individuals and families, and people who are referred by a GRACE member church. For questions about eligibility, please contact the Client Services department at 817.488.7009 extension 303.

What Do I Need to Bring with Me?

When you visit GRACE, please bring the following items with you.

  • Paycheck Stubs (for the previous 30 days) for all working adults in the household
  • Copies of all Financial Assistance (Food Stamps, TANF, Child Support, SSI, Social Security, Unemployment, Worker's Comp, Disability, Retirement)
  • Drivers license OR photo ID for all adults in the household
  • Birth Certificate or Social Security card for each adult
  • Birth Certificate for each child in the household
  • Copy of Current Lease (complete) signed by tenant and landlord OR Residence Verification Form which is available in the office at GRACE
  • Current school registration or report cards for all school age eligible children
